James Arthur Ray was sentenced to two years in prison for the deaths of three people who died after Ray forced them to remain in an unsafe sauna while attending his annual Spiritual Warrior retreat in Sedona, Arizona.
More than 50 people participated in the two-hour sweat lodge, a sauna-like ceremony typically used by American Indians to rid the body of toxins. Three people died.
