I have enjoyed my new Infrared Sauna. It has been quite a hit with the Mrs. too. It’s weird how a 30 min. sit in there can bring people closer. The health benefits are good too.

I was also suprised by some of the benefits! I’ve been researching and found a wide range of quality and pricing. I was startled by the Amazon ad for $900. I found the one that was actually profiled by Dr. Oz on Oprah.
